1. Music Matters International will not be held responsible for Audio and/or Artwork masters misplaced. It is the Clients interest to ensure that they have a back up of every master they send to Music Matters International. Clients depositing masters with Music Matters International do so at their own risk. |
| 2. Music Matters International reserves the right to accept any order or job. |
| 3. All Glassmastered CDs and DVDs and Certain Print Parts must be paid in full on placement of order. Music Matters International will notify the client of any changes in price according to artwork immediately. A list of these print parts are available from Music Matters International. |
| 4. Music Matters International quotes 10 - 15 WORKING days for all glassmastered CD/DVD orders. Music Matters International will not take responsibilty for a clients failure to take this time into account. |
| 5. CDr/DVDr orders: Clients must pay 50% of order total on placement of order unless an agreement has been made with Music Matters International. No CDr/DVDr or Printed Paper Parts associated with the order shall leave the offices of Music Matters International without the Total Amount Due being paid. |
| 6. For Repeat Orders: All aspects of the repeat order must be the same to that of the original order to render Repeat Order Prices. Any Changes in Artwork or CD/DVD content will effect price quoted. |
| 7. Music Matters International will retain ownership of all goods until the Total Amount Due has been Paid. |
| 8. It is the Clients responsibilty to clearly state what they are ordering. |
| 9. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days. Claims must be be in writing to Music Matters International |
| 10. The responsibility of Music Matters International shall in all cases be limited to the replacement of the defective product supplied |
| 11 . Music Matters International will not be liable for any loss or damage in excess of the Contract Price for the goods or services or part thereof in respect of which a claim is made. |
12. Music Matters International not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the Customer whether the loss arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way (including loss arising from the Company's negligence). Non exhaustive illustrations of consequential or indirect loss would be:-
(a) Loss of Profits.
(b) Loss of Contract.
(c) Damage to property of the Customer or anyone else. |
| 13. Music Matters International will not retain any copyrights to material duplicated, replicated or printed. Copyright remains with the client at all times. |
| 14. All goods must be collected from the offices of Music Matters International 60 days after being ordered. Music Matters International reserves the right to destroy any uncollected goods if left longer than 60 days. |
| 15. Clients must own the Copyright for the masters deposited with Music Matters International. Proof of ownership must be supplied if required. Failure to supply proof or ownership will result in Music Matters International's right to refuse the order. |
| 16. It is the Clients responsibilty to inform Music Matters International of any change to Address or Contact details. |
| 17. Music Matters International reserves the right to subcontract work without consent from the Client. Music Matters International is not obliged to inform the Client if any of their project has been subcontracted. |
